In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Lazy Learners.” I want to learn how to type faster but I’m finding it too hard to do. I don’t know what to do? actually I’m good at following instructions but in typing I really find it hard to do. My fingers are too stiff I guess. I need to get some more practice in it, and to do it more regularly. It is frustrating sometimes because amidst this computer age, I alone is not so good in this endeavor. That’s all.
Okay, before I begin this is the first time that I will address this issue, because enough is enough!!!
Alden as we all know him is a loving son, god-fearing and a gentleman and a well loved actor in the industry according to his co-actors. So, I don’t see why this issue is being thrown carelessly as if they don’t care whose gonna be hurt in the process.
KS is a segment in the noon time show Eat Bulaga who is aired Monday to Saturday, who imparts kilig, happiness as well as a dose of good values and moral lessons in life and love respectively. It has many characters that potrays a certain roles. And one of the two characters is Alden & Yayadub who eventually potrays a role of a couple in love.
So, as I’ve said earlier the issue is against Alden’s reaction/ answers in a few of his guesting and interview. They are not satisfied with his answers in some of them. This is my take on that why would you judged him as being unfair, or saying “artista” kasi yan eh? dahil lang hindi ka kumbisido sa sagot niya. Let me remind you guys that they are both in showbiz. So, don’t judge Alden if he answers base on what he knows is the truth himself as of now. Separate the Reel Show to the Real Score between the two of them. If ever meron nga. Don’t be so quick to react as if you know the truth.
At the end of the day, only the two of them knows what’s happening outside of KS! And let me remind you guys that AL-DUB is composed of two entities: AL- ALDEN & DUB- YayaDub a.k.a Maine okay? w/ out those two we don’t have ALDUB LT right now. So, let’s just wait & see what will happen w/ the KS show as well as let the Real love story unfolds in the right time, no pressure just pure love…
First, I would like to define what is a CRUSH? it is a brief but intense infatuation for someone, especially someone attractive or someone special. What is Love? it is an acceptance of the other, whatever he/she is. it has no age limits.
In order to love truly you have to be vulnerable, take risks, readying oneself to be broken or hurt. It can either change you for the better or for the worse. Love is the feeling that you do anything, everything for that person without expecting anything. (that is what we call unconditional love.) and only Jesus can give it to us.
We as a human being, we tend to view LOVE as the greatest emotion felt by the heart, which is true of course. But as human being when we love we have this tendency to expect more, like being love in return right? I guess that’s normal. So, let’s make it a point that when we professes our love to certain person it is the absolute TRUTH right? not as a response to a demand or insistence of some people around you. That’s what I call being true to oneself and being honest enough to think through all the circumstances. I know that love is supposedly felt by the heart but there is nothing wrong in using your mind as well.
Love does not end in saying “I LOVE YOU”. It is a RESPONSIBILTY to provide and to protect that special someone all through out your life. Love is not a game that if you don’t want it to continue you discard or delete it just like that. Deeper emotions are involved, it looks beyond good looks, wealth even fame. If that is your criteria in being in love then you are in for a rude awakening, that is not love. So, to those who are too hasty in passing judgment as if they know all there is to know in a person base on some article or in whatever hearsay they gather, I suggest you just shut up or better yet look at yourself more closely or try picturing yourself in his/her shoes. okay?
There is just a big difference in having a crush to falling in love.
Nadarama Ko’y Totoo
Bakit biglang nagbago?
“You were always meant to be mine.” His eyes burned, his chest so painful that it felt as if his heart had burst. “Whether it’s for a year or a century, it doesn’t diminish who and what we are together.” – JANVIER
“None had had a chance to experience love in this way, to walk hand in hand with a man who would lay down his life for her. A day, a week, a month, a year—no matter how long she lived as a whole person, she would do it with an open heart and an unfettered spirit.” – ASHWINI
In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Life’s a Candy Store.” If I could be a 6 year old kid again hmmm… I would like to go to a theme park with my parents and my siblings, what nice get away, bonding time, just pure fun. running, playing around and after a while we could eat together. I’ve kind of miss being a kid you know. Simple things could make you smile, all you need is being provided for by your parents without you asking for it. Its kind of funny though my father often teases me that I’m still a child sometimes cause I’m not serious enough or I make tantrums like I’m not this 35 year old young woman. *laughs* those are the happiest days. I think it’s because I hate being serious all the time, not that I’m not taking my career seriously but hey, you can be productive even if you are childish at heart. My parents often tell me that be more mature, responsible blah, blah, blah but I guess its in my nature to be more happy and to view the world like a child that I’ve once have been. So, for one whole day to be a 6 year old kid again, I’ll definitely spend it with my parents and siblings to bring back the times that all you’ve ever wanted for a gift is a Barbie doll and all you want to eat is hotdog and spaghetti plus ice cream.*laughs* but hey, spaghetti is still my favorite food in the world. That’s all!
I’m sad to say that some people abuse the used of “Freedom of Speech” okay let me define it, it is the right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint. (that is according to Oxford dictionaries). And according also to Wikipedia Freedom of Speech is the right to communicate one’s opinions and ideas w/out fear of government retaliation or censorship. The term Freedom of Speech is sometimes used synonymously, but it includes any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. But then again, we as an opinionated human being must be able to construct well meaning opinions without degrading anyone/anything. It has nothing to do with whose right or wrong? that’s why its called opinion because its your own, based on what you’ve heard/read/watch. But then again there are set backs with that, how sure are you that what you’ve read/heard/watch is true? Voicing out your opinions is never wrong, it shows you are involved, thinking, analyzing that’s good. But when you do that to degrade or maligned someone that is the time that it becomes offensive and disrespectful. Sometimes you have to be mindful of what you are writing or voicing about, gather enough information coming from reliable sources and most specially speak only the truth, its not opinion anymore if what you are blabbering about is based only on what they call *haka-haka* lang. According to Article 19 of ICCPR states that “everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.” Additionally states that the exercise of these rights carries special duties and responsibilities. And may therefore be subject to certain restrictions when necessary for the respect of the rights and reputation of others or for the protection of national security or public order or for public health and morals.
